In response to the Express & Star report 20 August 2018

The applicants (Four Ashes Ltd) have made a planning application to the Planning Inspectorate that has been expected for a number of months and the Inspectorate’s administration department has checked the application for validity before registering it as an application. Exactly the same process as if applying for an extension to your house.

There has been no approval, backing or even comment by government planning “experts”. The process only started last week.
